yo ! all i long time no post le!!! here is some short thing i wan to share to your.
ok well today i was running at yishun! erm yong en and celine was running too.
what i learn was if you really set a target and goal. and belive that you can . you can really can
the thing happened was well i was running i told myself that i can do it and i set a target and i belive that i can . and i really can. i run 14 round around the field . i only thot that i can run 10 but it end up to be 14. non stop hahazx . shall post next time.
